Submit your favourite food memory story and your best loved recipe for a chance to win prizes and an opportunity to have your entry selected for inclusion into Lana’s upcoming East Coast Story Telling Cook Book ~ Musicians, Memories & Morsels.

This book will be featuring a bounty of East Coast Musicians revealing personal moments and recipes in a way that will provide the reader a real insight into the heart and kitchen of these artists. The addition of the fan and venue section of the cook book is meant to be a real tribute to those that support the East Coast Music Industry.

To enter, simply answer some basic questions below for a chance to win various prizes drawn for at the conclusion of the contest (such as an autographed 1st Edition copy of the final printed book, etc.)...or go the distance and also submit your heartwarming or hilarious food related memory and a favourite recipe of yours, to be judged for an opportunity to be a part of the book itself! (Note: The memory and the recipe do not have to be related to each other).

You don’t have to be a great writer to tell us your story/recipe...just be honest and write from the heart. We’ll be looking for the quality and appeal of the content, not the spelling. Also, recipes will be tested prior to winner being selected...so don’t leave out a main ingredient!
