It is stunning coil bound hard cover book, full of beautiful recipes and personal fond food memory stories from myself and almost 50 other iconic East Coast Music artists.

Some of the stories will make you laugh, cry and simply smile for getting a peek into the private insights of the contributing artists.

There is even a whole chapter in the book called Recipe for Help, where you will find a personal family struggle I shared, along with a brave story from my niece, as well as some pages filled with local to the East Coast Mental Health Resource Contact Numbers. I'm incredibly proud of this special Project.
