When you think of abundance…people usually think of money or wealth… And that’s a great aspiration… But it has such a wider girth to its meaning.

Often the limitations are brought on by our self limiting beliefs… Fear of change, risk-taking & decisions….playing small, Feelings like being unworthy… Not good enough… that what we desire is not available… shame, guilt, negative imprinted ancestral beliefs around abundance and growth opportunities… poverty mindset, trapped by desire for material goods/keeping up with the crowds…debt overwhelm, excepting current situational experiences as the norm instead of reaching for possibility. 

We have so much more potential within us than we give our energy to. It’s time to take back YOUR personal value and create your most abundant high vibe life!

So I am calling everyone in who wants to raise their vibration and release those limiting mindsets, shake out of those old familiar patterns, which are keeping you stuck, digging deep into your subconscious and cellular trauma to let go of those beliefs, which are no longer serving you, and bringing back the ability to attract and soak in abundance on every level!

Lana is the only certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator in Nova Scotia and one of only 2 in Atlantic Canada. Lana is joined at these events by her gifted sister, Sherry - who she trained as a 9D support co-facilitator. Lana and Sherry unite to additionally offer their Hands on Healing/Energy Work, as well as their Psychic/Intuitive Gifts as part of the experience - which really makes this healing journey epic and unique!

In breathwork, your body works to locate and expel them on a deep cellular and subconscious level through breathing techniques activated in the body and it has many layers it can work through.

There is often a physical release with symptoms, such as tears, shaking, vocal sounds, tetany in the hands (lobster claw like stiffness) and more. Join us for a fantastic, fun, awakening and healing night of trauma releasing, subconscious and cellular level healing, hands on healing /with trauma release pressure points, + once the journey is complete… an approx 30 min time frame for guided group messages all on Sunday, July 26th (6:30pm pm start time), led by sisters; Lana Grant & Sherry Donovan.

We are doing this introductory rate to introduce you to the incredible 9D breath work. Lana is currently the only 9D Breathwork facilitator in Nova Scotia… And only one of two and Atlantic Canada. Sherry has been trained as a special Breath-Angel support facilitator and will be assisting Lana in not only the comfort/support of the participants, but also the powerful Reiki/energy work on participants during the session and guided messages post session!
